This policy applies to purchases of digital products and subscriptions sold by Lovesoft Limited (company number 08424208), including PixHub. Each product may publish additional product-specific terms. Where they differ, the product-specific terms apply, but nothing in them reduces your statutory rights.
What We Sell
We sell access to online software tools and digital content, such as downloadable files and premium features. Purchases are either:
- one-time purchases, which give you access to a specific digital item or feature, or
- subscriptions, which give you access to paid features for a recurring period until cancelled.
The price, currency, and exactly what is included are shown before you pay.
How Payments Work
- All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Lovesoft.
- You receive an email receipt from Stripe after each payment.
- Charges appear on your statement under the name of the product or “LOVESOFT”.
- Prices include any applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, unless cancelled.
- We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Your Right to Cancel (UK and EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel a contract for digital content or services.
For digital content that is delivered immediately, such as a downloadable file, checkout asks you to agree that delivery starts straight away and that you lose this right to cancel once the download or access begins. If you have not started downloading or using the purchased content, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
For subscriptions, you can cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. We may deduct a proportionate amount for any period you have already used.
Refunds
We will issue a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges, such as being charged twice for the same purchase.
- Faulty content, where a purchased file or feature does not work as described and we cannot fix it or provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- Not delivered, where a technical error on our side prevented you from receiving what you paid for.
- Cancellation within the statutory period as described above, where the right to cancel has not been lost.
Outside these cases, one-time purchases of digital content are non-refundable once the content has been downloaded or accessed. Subscription payments for past periods are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected], or use the support form on the relevant product website, with:
- the product name
- the email address used at checkout
- the date and amount of the charge, or your Stripe receipt number
- the reason for the request
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Payment Disputes
If you do not recognise a charge or have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues quickly and without the need for a chargeback.
