1. About Us

This website and our products are operated by Lovesoft Limited (“Lovesoft”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 08424208, with its registered office at 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

2. Scope

These terms apply to your use of this website and of the online products we operate, including PixHub (the “Products”). A Product may publish its own terms. Where these conflict with this page, the Product’s own terms apply to that Product.

3. Using Our Products

You may use our Products for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • upload or create content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is abusive or hateful
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Products, except as permitted by law
  • use automated means to access the Products in a way that places unreasonable load on them

We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of any text, images, or other content you upload or create using our Products. You give us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide the Product to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you upload.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid features are sold as one-time purchases or subscriptions. The price and what is included are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Our Payments and Refunds policy forms part of these terms and explains cancellations, renewals, and refunds.

6. Licence to Purchased Content

When you buy digital content, such as print-ready files, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it as described on the relevant Product. Unless the Product states otherwise, this includes printing for personal use.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep our Products available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid subscription feature, we will refund any prepaid period you have not used.

8. Intellectual Property

The Products, including their software, design, fonts, templates, and branding, are owned by Lovesoft or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you except the licences described above.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

If you use our Products for business purposes, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or indirect loss.

11. Custom Development Work

Any software development work we carry out for a business client is governed by a separate written agreement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect active subscriptions.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of that country.
